Returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, preference changes, or minor packaging imperfections. Sale/discounted products are final sale unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Contact WatchVerse as soon as possible after delivery with your order details, clear photos, and a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening. Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined.
Refunds
If a return is approved after inspection, any refund is processed only after the returned item is received and verified. Original shipping charges and payment-processing charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
