Strict Returns & Refund Policy

WatchVerse — please read before payment.

All WatchVerse orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Returns

Returns are considered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered. Contact WatchVerse as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos and an unboxing video where available.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging and included accessories should be retained.
• Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required evidence may be refused.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless WatchVerse agrees otherwise in writing.

Refunds

If a return is approved after review, the eligible refund is issued to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping or other non-refundable charges, where applicable, may not be refunded.
